Kelley Linck serves clients of the WSG Consulting as a government relations consultant and strategist. A former three-term State Representative and House Public Health Committee Chairman, Kelley previously served as Chief of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs at the Arkansas Department of Human Services.
Kelley is a well-respected leader at the Capitol. In addition to his Public Health Chairmanship, he served on several committees during his legislative terms including the Joint Budget, House Rules, House Revenue and Tax, House Agriculture-Forestry-Economic Development, and Lottery Oversight Committees. He also chaired the Administrative Rules and Regulations Subcommittee of the Arkansas Legislative Council. Kelley joined the firm after several years as a registered lobbyist working in a wide variety of public policy areas.
A graduate of the Arkansas Tech University, Kelley was an executive in the Arkansas tourism industry prior to his legislative service.
Kelley is married to Julie Linck, Attorney at Law, and is a private pilot.
