Robbie Wills, Attorney at Law

Robbie Wills is an Attorney at Law and serves clients of WSG Consulting as a government relations consultant and strategist. Robbie served as Speaker of the Arkansas House in 2009-10. He is a native of Conway, graduating from Conway High School and the University of Central Arkansas. He earned a law degree from the UALR Bowen School of Law, where he served as Assistant Editor of the UALR Law Review and graduated with honors.  He earned the top score on the February 2004 Bar Exam.

Robbie has chosen law and public policy as his profession and his dedication.  His career as a public servant, attorney and lobbyist has been based on common sense, fairness, purpose and working with others.  That ethic was recognized by Conway and Faulkner County voters who elected him to two terms on the Faulkner County Quorum Court from 2001-2004, where he chaired the Faulkner County Jail Task Force, and three terms from 2005-2010 as State Representative for District 46, covering West Conway and the western portion of rural Faulkner County.

Bill H. Stovall, III serves clients of WSG Consulting as a government relations consultant and strategist. Bill’s elected public service began in 1992, ending in 2007 as a term-limited legislator and Speaker of the Arkansas House of Representatives. Bill was named a “Top-Ten Best Legislator” by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette for 2005.  A native of Heber Springs, Bill was first elected to the Cleburne County Quorum Court where he served 4 terms.  In 2000, he was elected to the Arkansas House where over the following 3 terms he would serve as chair of Joint Performance Review and Speaker of the House.  In 2005, columnist John Brummett and Max Brantley said of his speakership…”(he) ran the House fairly and boldly and with levels of savvy and efficiency uncommon even before term limits…He’s some kind of Rain Man savant when it comes to the state budget.”

Dana Wills is a Certified Public Accountant and serves clients of the WSG Consulting as a government relations consultant and budget analyst.

Dana graduated with honors from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Accounting and earned her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. She has extensive experience in the governmental accounting, telecommunications and technology sectors.   Dana has worked for the Oklahoma State Auditor and Inspectors’ office, Alltel Communications, Windstream Communications, and joins the firm after five years with Acxiom Corporation, where she served as a Director of Finance for the company’s largest business group.

Rick Green

Rick Green serves clients of WSG Consulting as a government relations consultant and strategist.  A former three-term State Representative from Van Buren, Rick previously served as Chief Legislative Liaison for Governor Asa Hutchinson.

A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Rick's early passion for government and public policy was recognized by the voters of his home county when he was elected Circuit Clerk at the age of 23, becoming the youngest elected county official in the state.
